undersstanding the american dialect of english:
cooperation = you can do what i want too! (capitalist-imperial).
international law: american whim (not geneva convention things).
Global/world: as seen from America. (ie involves non-americans).
cf world trade centre, internaional money fund (usa loan sharks).
